Lauren Kingsley, CMT

From a young age, Lauren was brought up in the world of competitive dancing. She was taught how important it is to always keep your body healthy and working at its best. Like many athletes, Lauren learned how overuse and wear and tear can affect the body, as well as how to take the appropriate steps to ensure that she could continue to do what she loved.

At home, Lauren loves to read and write fiction, dabble in photography, and spend time with her loved ones. She has a passion for animals (especially her two cats),  for nature, and absolutely loves to travel and explore the outdoors. She can play the piano, the flute and viola and has taken singing lessons as well.

Throughout college, Lauren studied and worked in the healthcare field as a registered nurse. It was during this time that she learned about human anatomy, its normal and abnormal physiology, and the treatments necessary to restore the body.  A few years later, she earned her certification at the Harris School of Business for Massage & Bodywork where she was trained in the multiple massage techniques and modalities necessary for treating clients with varying needs.

Lauren truly has a knack for reading the body and leaving you feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.  Lauren’s desire to help others has gotten her to where she is today and is what drives her in her future endeavors at Body • Mind • Spirit.
