To enter the building from either the front or back door, use the code provided at time of scheduling or call your provider directly if there is a problem.

From Route 1:
Take exit 136/Middletown/Odessa/ Route 299
Take Route 299 West, which will become Main Street.
Travel through the downtown intersection of Main & Broad Streets.
Body • Mind • Spirit is less than ¼ mile on the left side of Main.  Make a left onto S. Scott Street and then your first right down the lane to park directly behind the building. *

From Warwick and Cecilton, MD and points South/West via Route 301 North:
Take Route 301 North
Turn right onto Route 299 East/Main Street
Either park right in front of the building on the right side of Main Street or make the first right after the railroad tracks onto S. Scott Street then take your first right down the lane to park directly behind the building.*

From Bear, Glasgow, Newark and points North via Route 896:
Route 896 South over the Summit Bridge
Stay straight to remain on Route 301 South
Turn left onto Route 299 East/Main Street
You may park on Main directly in front of the building or take the first right after the railroad tracks onto S. Scott Street and take the first right down the lane to private parking lot.*

*All parking options include on-street parking right out front on the eastbound side of Main Street and the public parking lot off of South Scott Street adjacent to the our private lot.
